To send an email to all the contacts of widows of the
deceased, compose the subject and the body of your email letter.
Below you will see a group of email addresses separated
by semicolons. Highlight the group of addresses by holding down your mouse button and
dragging the mouse over the group, start at the lower right (after the last
address) and move to the upper left (before the first address). Now go up to
Edit and select "Copy"
Now go to the open email that you composed in Step 1. Put your cursor in the "To:" window in this email and go to edit and
select "Paste"... or with the cursor in the "To:" window, right click on your
mouse and select "Paste". The addresses that you copied will be pasted in the
"To:" window.
Send the email.
Notice the second list (under the email list).
These are contacts that have no email address in our record. You must
call them.
